Our Honda Lawnmower desperately need a tune-up and some minor repairs. We wanted to take our mower to a honda authorized dealer-so we tried suburban. The staff was friendly but extremely busy. They told us that the lawn mower would take about 2 weeks to be serviced. When the mower was finished, we received a courtesy phone call from one of the staff members. The lawn mower runs well and we were pleaed with the service we received.
